Biography & Expertise

After graduating in 2001 from Leiden University, Wouter worked first as a lawyer at several law firms until he founded BON LEGAL LLP.

Wouter de Bruijn is a specialist in employment law and in commercial litigation. He advises and litigates on the full spectrum of employment related matters and on matters pertaining to contract law.

In particular Wouter has specific expertise in the field of individual and collective cases relating to dismissal, statutory directors, international employment law and employee participation.

Register of legal practice areas

Wouter has registered the following principal legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

• Contract law 
• Employment law

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
