Biography & Expertise

Gustavo graduated in civil law from Leiden University in 2001 and was admitted to the Dutch bar Association in 2002. Before co founding BON LEGAL LLP in 2015, Gustavo worked as an attorney with several well-respected law firms.
 
Commercial and corporate litigation are Gustavo’s fields of expertise.  He specializes in commercial litigation (product liability, specific performance and breach of contract), construction litigation and in corporate litigation (shareholders’ disputes and directors & officers liability).

Register of legal practice areas

Gustavo Reisenstadt has registered the following principal legal practice areas in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal practice areas (rechtsgebiedenregister):

• Real Estate Law

Based on this registration, he is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar
